Roman Suchanek, 31, of Selby Avenue, St Albans. Between April 27, 2014, and May 26, 2014, committed fraud in that dishonestly sold DVDs as if they were own, intending to make a gain for self of £2,100. Also, on May 27, 2014, stole DVDs from Tesco, St Albans. Community order made with unpaid work requirement. Costs: £145.
Maria Zeliam M Coelho, 40, of Rendlesham Avenue, Radlett. On December 12, 2013, drove in Park Street at 39mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £205. Three penalty points.
Stephen McQueeney, 48, of Battlers Green Drive, Radlett. On December 1, 2013, failed to comply with a no entry sign lawfully placed on or near a road, namely Watling Street, Radlett. Fine, costs: £305.
Lloyd Sullivan, 32, of Rendlesham Avenue, Radlett. On December 8, 2013, drove in Theobald Street, Radlett, at 49mph, the legal limit being 40mph. Fine, costs: £235. Three penalty points.
Victor Torrealba, 39, of Chepstow, Douglas Road, Harpenden. On December 4, 2013, drove in Hemel Hempstead Road, Hemel Hempstead, at 48mph, the legal limit being 40mph. Fine, costs: £100. Three penalty points.
