Richard O’Sullivan, 51, of Grosvenor Road, St Albans. On June 26, 2014, consumed alcohol on the street, contrary to terms of anti-social behaviour order (asbo) made on July 4, 2013. Also, on same date, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. Also, on June 27, 2014, used threatening or abusive language towards a person contrary to asbo made on July 4, 2013. Also, on same date, used threatening or abusive behaviour and language towards a police officer contrary to asbo made on July 4, 2013. Commission of further offence during operational period of suspended sentence order made on April 3, 2014, for criminal damage, breach of asbo (x3), public order offences (x2) and battery (x2). Fine, costs: £225. Suspended sentence order varied to: Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 18 months with alcohol treatment and supervision requirements.
