London Colney had to wait until the 70th minute to net their fifth goal when Newman completed his hat-trick from close range.
The visitors added another in injury time when Jimmy Hartley rounded the keeper to score and Shaun Murphy forced home their final goal.
London Colney Colts Under-9s drew 2-2 at home to Borehamwood Youth Crusaders.
After missing a number of chances, Colney had to come from two goals behind, with Jack Morris and Max Pedder scoring.
