Eight goal thriller for St Albans City Under-18s against Gadeside Rangers

St Albans City Under-18s North played out a thrilling 4-4 draw with Gadeside Rangers.
The men of the match for the Saints were Shaquille Jones who scored a hat-trick while Andrew Critioos, who scored the fourth goal.
Matt Knight and keeper Eddie Rose also had impressive games in defence.
The Under-16s Boreal stay top of the league after a 4-1 home victory over Garston Boys.
Tawanda Manenji scored the first two goals before Paulo Ditri made it three with a spectacular free-kick from the half-way line.
Sian Khan-Boylan rounded things off with a good finish late on. Man of the match went to Matthew Hubbard for a hard-working display in defence.
The Under-15s North thrashed Berkhamsted Raiders 6-0 in the Cup.
Goals from Billy Rintoul and Shilloh Wallace ensured a 2-0 lead at half-time while Jacob Grisenthwaite added another two efforts and both Charlie Bennett and Jacob Bockenhauer scored one apiece.
The man of the match went to Charlie Lunniss.
In a League Two fixture, the Under-15s East lost 4-0 at home to Watford Youth with keeper Ollie Colvin making some top saves to keep the scoreline down and in doing so was named man of the match.
The Under-14s West picked up a 1-1 draw at home to Little Gaddesden thanks to a goal from Yassin Abdelkhafi.
The Under-13s ran riot with a superb 12-1 win against Enfield.
Leading the scorers was Luke Beckwith with four goals and Finbar King, Luke Gymer and Toby Byron, all scored two each.
Callum Noonan and Oscar Durrant completed the scoring.
Two goals from Akrim Choudhury earned the Under-13s East a point following a 2-2 draw against Kings Langley.
Dimitri Johnson was named man of the match.
The Under-12s North lost their unbeaten record for the season when they lost 5-3 to Hemel Aces in the County Cup.
With the score at 4-3 a shot from Ryan Orde struck the post and their disappointment was doubled as Hemel broke away to net their fifth goal.
Scoring for the North were Billy Owen with two goals and James Lawrence. Harvey Smith gave a fine display in the back four.
The Under-12s West thumped Harpenden 6-0 at home.
The goals for the West came from Adam Johnson (2), Kishan Dhivar (2), Ed Johnson with a penalty and then man of the match Will Reed added the final of the game.
The Under-11s Central were edged out against Bengeo Tigers, losing 2-1.
Nick Powdrell gave Central a 1-0 lead at half time but Tigers scored twice in the second period to turn the game on its head.
John McVeigh was named man of the match.
Two late efforts saw the Under-10s come back to claim a 3-3 draw against Hemel Town Blues.
Ryan Corcoran claimed the decisive equaliser after Jack Carmichael and Daniel Curran had scored earlier.
Man of the match went to keeper Max Emmett, who was in fine form throughout the game.
The Under-9s were beaten 2-1 at Harpenden Colts with Joseph Beardon scoring Saints' only goal of the game.

The Under-9s East were more successful as they enjoyed a 5-0 home win over Bengeo Tigers.
Eoin Flanagan and Kasper Jokisch scored two goals apiece before George Wilson struck the fifth. The man of the match went to midfielder Ted Dunning.
The Under-13s Girls Futsal team played Tottenham Ladies and registered an impressive 7-2 win with the goals being shared amongst the squad.
The scorers were Phoebe Skinner, Mollie Guest, Lauren Standing, Kira Close, Molly Johnson, Charlotte Banks, Grainne Kellett and player of the match Fiona Kidd.
Also playing a Futsal match were the Under-12s Girls and they beat local rivals Harvesters 7-1.
The squad included Emily Sibley, Hannah Coote, Melissa Trulock, Catriona Condon, Erin Johnson, Molly Woodland, Mariona Horne-Batet and player of the match Lauren Walker.
Playing away to Bedwell Meerkats were the Under-11s Girls but it was the home team that finished the game with a smile on their face as Bedwell won 4-3.
Scoring for the Saints were player of the match Olivia Banks (2) and Charlotte Gurney.
The Under-10s Girls played at home to Garston Diamonds. There were goals scored by Jasmine Price (2), Amy Newman (2), Grace Oldman and Madeleine Caffery.
