Manchester United may be four points ahead of Chelsea with a game in hand, but Michael Ballack believes his side will push them all the way in the title race.

Guus Hiddink's side have nine games in which to topple United, but Ballack says the Stamford Bridge outfit will continue to fight until it is mathematically impossible.

The German midfielder told the Daily Express: "We are not a team that ever gives up. It's going to take something big for us to be able to win the league, but in football you never know.

"We have to enjoy the moment we are in. Right now we are winning games and looking forward to the next one."

Chelsea now face Tottenham at White Hart Lane, but have struggled to beat their north London rivals away from Stamford Bridge recently. They have already drawn 1-1 at the Bridge this season, drew four-all at White Hart Lane last season and lost to Spurs 2-1 in the 2008 Carling Cup Final. The year before Spurs beat Chelsea 2-1 to record their first league win against the Blues since 1989.

Meanwhile Spurs, who beat Aston Villa last weekend, are yet to lose to a 'top four' team in the league this season.
